- RULES FOR EQUIPMENT RENTAL
- We will make a photocopy of the ID card, and the cardholder must sign a form acknowledging receipt of the materials.
- The total amount must be paid when the materials are picked up.
- All delivered materials are considered used, and there is no right to a refund of the amount paid for unused items.
- Wetsuits and booties are delivered to the right and must be returned to the right.
- All equipment must be returned before the facility closes that same day (8:00 p.m.). Otherwise, an additional day’s rental fee will be charged.
- Any loss, theft, or damage not resulting from normal use of the equipment will be charged to the person responsible for the rental. Click here to view prices.
- You rent the equipment at your own risk; Guias Roca y Agua is not liable in the event of misuse, an accident, or a lack of technical knowledge regarding the equipment.
- If you do not have the technical knowledge necessary to use the equipment safely, we recommend that you do not rent it and instead hire one of our certified professional guides. Contact us by clicking here.
- E-Bikes are high-end bicycles. The customer will be responsible for paying for any damage to the bicycle that is not caused by“normal”use. Contact us by clicking here.
