Tour of the Vignemale

Tour or Trekking of the Vignemale.

The Tour of the Vignemale is one of the most mythical routes of the Pyrenees passing through spectacular landscapes between Spain and France. The route starts in the Bujaruelo Valley in Spain, reaching the French side and returning through the Barrege d’Ossue to the Bujaruelo pass. It is worth mentioning its passage through the immense wall of the north face of the Pic Lounge, the highest rock wall in the Pyrenees and at its feet one of the last glaciers of these mountains. Trekking can be done in 3 days spending nights in mountain huts such as Oulettes de Gaube and Bayssellance. There is the possibility of ascending the Vignemale Peak or Pic Lounge of 3298 meters, doing it in 3 days or increasing it to 4 days.

The Vignemale trekking is available all year round, in spring, summer and autumn on foot and in winter on skis or snowshoes, ask us.

Tours and Trekking with mountain guide:

The trekking with a mountain guide will allow you to travel these valleys safely, with a professional who knows the area and the environment managing the activity as well as the development of the same.
We do other treks of one or several days spending nights in mountain refuges.
Ask us and we will inform you about them without obligation. Click here.
