We will provide you with all the technical equipment necessary for the activity (wetsuit, helmet, harness, etc.). You only need to bring a swimsuit, towel, sports shoes that can get wet (hiking shoes or old sneakers), water and something to eat (energy bars, fruit). The price of the activity generally includes technical equipment, liability and accident insurance, and the service of a qualified and experienced guide.
