Canyoning Course Level 3

Gorge whitewater course

Technical Canyoning Course Level 3

Advanced canyoning course Level 3 to master whitewater canyoning.

The canyoning modality is more and more practiced, we usually have within our reach many manuals and canyoning courses that explain different types of rope maneuvers, progression, self-rescue…, etc., but what knowledge do we have about the movement of water?

Whitewater is the most difficult environment for canyoning, as it is difficult to control and this is where this modality becomes more complicated.

The ravines are changing means, because one day we can go through a quiet and beautiful place and other days can become a real mousetrap, places where there was no water suddenly are covered by it and in others the largest amount of water begins to form currents that in many cases can even completely block our passage.

This course consists of the study of water movements, types of currents, how and where they are formed, what is their incoming and outgoing current, ways of swimming, specific whitewater roping techniques, equipment, etc.
